With new state-of-the-art ice machines installed in April 2025, we now produce 100 tons of ice every day and proudly deliver ice to customers islandwide.

As a locally owned and operated kama`aina business, Big Island Ice Company is committed to our community. We review donation requests for nonprofit community events each month. Requesting organizations must be a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit and be able to provide a tax donation receipt letter with your 501 (c)(3) tax ID #.
To be considered for a donation, please send an overview of your event (purpose, audience, event date), quantity of ice requested, and the name and tax ID # of your nonprofit to kairie@bigislandiceco.com. We will reply within 7 - 10 business days. We apologize that we are not able to provide donated ice for all requests.
